The Benefits of Naperville Real Estate Classes

If you want to start practicing as a real estate agent, your state might require you to have some form of formal education. A real estate school is a formal institution that gives one the required education. If this sounds like something you might be interested in why not try out Naperville real estate classes at I Love Real-Estate School.

    Courses Offered by The School
There are three academic requirements when it comes to obtaining your real estate license. These are pre-licensing requirements and post-licensing requirements.

    1. Pre-licensing Requirements

All states have a required number of hours and course curriculum that one needs to complete, according to the state’s real estate commission. The I Love Real-Estate School offers three possible programs that adhere to these requirements. These are a broker pre-license 75-hour topics, broker pre-license 15-hour interactive, and broker pre-license 90-hour combination.

These courses are focused on the principles and theories of real estate and real estate law. They are also formulated so that one can meet the state’s requirements, and to prepare one for the state exam.

    In-Between Pre-Licensing & Post-Licensing Requirements

Once one has achieved all the pre-licensing requirements, and before you complete the post-licensing requirements, one needs to write the state exam. This exam is managed by an outside company, Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP). I Love Real-Estate School will report your successful completion of the pre-licensing requirements to AMP. You will then schedule a state exam at their facilities.

The pre-licensing course will prepare you for the exam by teaching you the fundamentals of both national and state-specific real estate principles and laws. I Love Real-Estate School also offers an I Love State-Exam Prep course that caters to prepare you. Should you not pass the first time, you can retake it the next year.

    2. Post-licensing Requirements

It is also required that one completes a post-licensing (or your first renewal) training after you have passed the state exam. This will change your real estate license from a provisional status to a full practicing license. I Love Real-Estate School once again has three options available that complies with the requirements. The broker post-license 15-hour topics, broker post-license 15-hour interactive, and broker post-license 30-hour combination.

These classes follow the state requirements and upon completion, two tests on the topics covered will be given. These aren’t state exams but are necessary for your license renewal. Upon successful completion, you will be able to operate as a licensed real estate agent.

    In Conclusion

The Naperville real estate classes will prepare you for the state exam and educate you on what is needed to act as a licensed agent. If you’re interested in practicing as a real estate agent, why not try out one of the courses offered by the I Love Real-Estate School. They are bound to benefit you in your journey to a successful career.
